Sofia started Kindergarten today

I am so proud of Sofia. She has been looking forward to going to school now for a really long time. She looked so adorable in her little apple shirt and denim skirt, with backpack on back and lunchbox in hand..........too cute. We love our Sofia so much. We hope she has a fabulous school yer, makes tons of friends, and learns to read and write really well.

It was so much fun having Kimi, Sofia & Dallin come to visit us this summer. I just had to get a "few" picutres of my darling little grandkids, they are all so adorable. We are so blessed to have each one of them be a part of our lives.

Kimi, Sofia & Dallin, we hope you had a fun plane trip home. We are anxious to hear from you soon. Sofia & Dallin, Nana & Papa had a fabulous time playing with you. nana is going to miss her one-on-one's with each of you. Dang it, wont' you please move back to Oregon?

Amber, Jon & Addison, thank you for letting us come and stay with you, it was fun. I know Kimi especially was glad you had Addison before she left to go home to Texas, it made her trip worthwile, that's for sure. Addison is a beautiful little angel.

Jairs, Nicky & Austin, your family is so sweet. Austin you are one handsome little boy. I'm excited to get to finally old Austin this weekend. It's sad though that Jaris has to be away from Austin his first week of life. We love you Jaris, be safe in Colorado. We will take care of Nicky & Austin for you.

I'm so sad..........

It's been a great month having Kim, Sofia & Dallin staying with us here in Oregon. It's going to be very difficult saying good-bye to them. I love all my kids and grandkids so much and it just breaks my heart when I know I can't see them on a daily basis. Let's all pray Jasper finds a job back in Oregon so we can all be together again as a family.

Sofia, have fun going to Kindergarten. Be a good student, make lots of friends, and just be a 5 yrs old and have lots of fun. I'm so proud of you. You are one smart little girl. You are very speical to me. Always remember who you are and how much you truly are loved. I love every second we are together, you & I have something special together that no one will ever be able to take away. You make me so happy... when your happy the whole room lights us because your laughter and smile are so contageous. I love my Sofia!

Dallin, have fun being two, just think now you will have your Mommy all to yourself. It's been fun playing cars with you. Taking you and Sofia fishing, playing, giving baths, taking walks. I love you too.

Kim, you mean a lot to me. I love you very much. Please remember who you are too. Know that you are beautiful and that we love you very much. Please come back to Oregon soon. Remember to always love Sofia & Dallin, they are such special children. Treat them the way our Heavenly Father wants them to be treated, love them for you they are. Be slow to anger and quick to love. They need you to be their example in all things. Always love them and protect them. Tell them everyday how much their Papa & Nana love them. Give them lots of hugs & kisses from us too. Texas is just to far way. My heart aches so bad knowing you are leaving. If there was a way to keep you here I certainly would do that. I love you all very much, don't ever forget it.

Cutest Grandkids in the world

W*E*L*C*O*M*E ADDISON ELIZABETH ARCHAMBAULT

We received a phone call this morning at 1:30 from Jon telling us they were going to perform a c-section on Amber. Jon was so nervous on the phone, it was quite cute. Apparently Amber went to work last night and became extremely dizzy, almost passing out. Her blood pressure was high and baby's heart rate was dropping so the doctor on call said tht she was going to have the baby tonight.
Needless to say, we got dressed, brushed out teeth, grabbed the kids and out the door we went by 1:150. Right as we were approaching Exit 217 Amber call to tell us Addison was born at 2:35 am weighing in at 6 lbs 11 oz., 19 inches long and that everything went well. Amber was extatic to finally be a Mom. We continued on our journey and made it to the ospital a few minutes before they got Amber settled in her room.
Addison is adorable. She is the sweetest little girl, so precious and extremely good. I believe I was next to hold her after Amber & Jon which made me feel really special. I wish I could have been there for Amber before her c-section but it just wasn't possible.
We stayed the majority of the day, only leaving to go to her home for Dallin & Sofia to take a nap, which was definitely needed at that point. While they were sleeping I helped clean Amber's home, ran to the store and back. Then up to the hospital again to she how everyone was doing, and of course, to hold my new granddaughter. I love her so much. I already feel we are going to have a spcieal bond between us.
